Mitch True: senior in high school, and reporter for the sports sections of the Lincoln Light. His real name is Daniel, but everybody calls him Mitch (short of "Michelin Man") due to his body weight. He's the main character and he almost put Angel's life at risk investigating too much in his life.
Kimi Yon: school photographer that works together with Mitch. She's a really nice girl from North Korea and lives with her father. Angel Marichal: all the story is centered around him. He's a really mysterious 19 years old guy. At school, he's always by his own, during football he sites alone on the bench far from the other players. This is because coach McNulty is trying to protect him after he moved to Seattle from a bad neighborhood of Philadelphia. Coach McNulty: football coach of Lincoln High School. He's a very strict guy and wants to control Mitch's newspaper articles and won't let him have an interview with Angel. McNulty's major goal is to become a college coach after winning the High School State Football Championship. Horst Diamond: star of the football team. He's a quarterback and all the articles Mitch writes need to be focused just on his awesome plays. |
